By accessing Kioki Fashion and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Products & pricing

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product colours may vary slightly due to display settings. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors. We do not display inflated “was” prices.

Orders & payment

An order is received when you complete checkout. We confirm orders by email or phone. Accepted payment methods include debit or credit card and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Card payments are collected after we confirm the order and share a payment link. For COD orders, payment is collected at delivery.

Shipping

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Unused items may be returned within 7 days subject to that policy.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kioki Fashion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law in Japan.
